It would perhaps be a bit too naive to simply refer to GRAVEN as the lovechild of Skyrim and DOOM, but those are two very, very decent games to be compared to. Besides, who doesn’t like using dark magic and huge swords to decapitate demons?

Now available on Xbox and PlayStation consoles, following on from a PC release earlier this year, GRAVEN is a heavy-metal-fuelled, fast-paced FPS that will have you wielding swords and blasting foes with fiery magic, all in a bid to clear your name of a crime you have been misunderstood for.
Away you are cast to a world of demons and ghoulies and, some way or another, killing them will see you saved from this suffering. How exactly smashing other beings to pieces means that you are seen as ‘good’ once again, but each to their own.
With the promise of up to eight players in co-operative play, upgradable weapons to discover, and some light puzzling action to tide you over, and GRAVEN looks to be an action-packed RPG that will have you playing for hours.
