Do you remember the original Little Big Adventure from back in 1994? Whatever, you’re going to want to get involved with the remake later this year, as Microids announce Little Big Adventure – Twinsen’s Quest.
Set to land on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S in autumn 2024 via the Microids and studio [2.21] teams, Little Big Adventure – Twinsen’s Quest takes the previous game and runs with an all-new artistic direction, more modern gameplay and brand spanking music. It’ll also be coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC.
An enchanting world
In Little Big Adventure – Twinsen’s Quest, players will be able to rediscover the enchanting world of the Twinsun planetoid, master the Magic Ball for bouncy adventures and immerse themselves in a deeply themed narrative, all while exploring levels that have been redesigned for greater fluidity.
Little Big Adventure – Twinsen’s Quest promises to appeal to nostalgic fans and new players alike with its timeless charm as it takes us to a planetoid with two suns, where four species lived in perfect harmony. That was until the day Dr. Funfrock, a brilliant scientist, invented cloning and teleportation, gradually bringing the inhabitants under his total control.
You’ll get to play as Twinsen, a model citizen who overnight becomes a fugitive pursued by Dr. Funfrock’s henchmen. Throughout your journey from island to island, you must tirelessly search for the other rebels and form an underground network to end the clone occupation. It’s good to hear then that you’ll be armed with your mysterious Magic Ball, which becomes more and more powerful as the adventure progresses. Only you are capable of overturning the powers that be…
