Further, a free update brings QoL improvements as follows…

Love a bit of ball pinging with Pinball FX? It’s time to cancel the apocalypse with Pacific Rim Pinball.
Pinball Pass aside, the rebooted Pinball FX on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC is quite possibly the finest pinball experience available to gamers. Much of that is due to the sheer number of tables present, as Zen Studios have brought together a host of brands, franchises and more.
Pacific Rim goes pinball!
The latest is that of Pacific Rim, as a new pinball option lands on Pinball FX. Are you ready for a neural handshake?
In Pinball FX’s Pacific Rim Pinball you’ll get to play through all the excitement of the first Pacific Rim movie. It’s here where you’ll find yourself utilising your pinball skills to strengthen the link between Raleigh and Mako, all while resisting the double event of Leatherback and Otachi. At least that is if you can get the ball to the bumpers you may even drift with the Kaiju!
As with the vast majority of pinball tables, it’ll be a case of wielding those flippers well, as you look to overload the reactor of Gipsy Danger and seal the Breach once and for all.
“The scale and the stakes are always big in Legendary Entertainment’s franchises,” said Mel Kirk, COO of Zen Studios. “Translating the epic action of the film into the confines of a pinball cabinet proved quite the challenge, and we might have failed – this pinball experience will burst out of the machine and your screen!”
