Eagle Island Twist should pretty much work like most platforming adventures. You’ll also have to battle enemies, bosses and whatever else comes to the fore as this plays with the original roguelite adventure of Eagle Island by twisting things up a bit with new rules on every level – hence the name.
With that original game included, the high-flying adventure of Eagle Island Twist most certainly awaits the most hardcore of adventurers. And with no less than 45 handcrafted stages, a lovely 16-bit world map to plan your routes on, and that lovely owl companion sitting by your side, ready to help build combos and defeat oncomers, there should be much to love about this little adventure.
